Having spent the past 25+ years working with individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses nationwide, we have come to appreciate that one of the biggest dilemmas in problem solving exists in the fact that most folks are either unaware of the questions they need to be asking or are unaware of the solutions that are currently available. We assist clients in asking the necessary questions so as to engage in proactive problem solving and we then serve as the conduit for creating solutions. We are committed to providing our clients with the latest information as well as the best resources and services available.

Our Business

We know that the best way of serving you is to learn about you and your specific needs, goals and objectives. Far too many companies take a "boiler plate" approach to planning, but we learned long ago that; like DNA, no two clients are the same. Each client has a unique set of circumstances and needs, and so we facilitate a comprehensive needs analysis; which is critical to formulating any type of plan. It is extremely important that any additional or future planning integrates seamlessly with what you already have in place. Our goal is to provide you with timely and accurate information so that you can make intelligent, informed decisions.

W. E. Hoff, President/CEO has more than 30 years experience in serving the specialized needs of individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses.

He has been a consultant for thousands of clients nationwide and has conducted hundreds of seminars coast to coast for individuals, enterpreneurs and small to medium sized businesses. He was formerly the Vice President of one of the largest estate planning companies in the U.S. He then served as the Executive Director of Asset Protection and Estate Planning Services with one of the oldest and largest incorporation companies in Nevada.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude and a Master of Science degree from Troy State University. He is proud to have served in the USAF during the Vietman era.
